Brown Butter Garlic Roasted Carrots (and Brussels Sprouts)

I should have taken a picture before I served the family. I doubled the recipe, added a pound of Brussels sprouts and they ate it all up! Kids who sometimes complain about Brussels sprouts were complaining that someone else got more than they did.
