Autoimmune Protocol Academy

This is a flagship course that I'm very proud of! This is an 8 week program that's designed to teach you about the Auto Immune Protocol and guide you through a 30 day introduction of the protocol.  The first week is all about preparation. Weeks two through eight are going to teach you important things about restoring and maintaining your immune health and wellness.  This course includes 8 fifteen minute one on one chats with your coach.
